Critical Notice: Food Safety & Return Shipping

Important: For returns initiated by customers (change of mind, size issues, etc.), return shipping (RTO) charges will be borne by the customer. You may arrange return shipping yourself or request our assistance, but charges will apply in either case.

Exception: In case of wrong product shipped, damaged items during transit, or verified quality issues, we will cover all return shipping costs after verification of the error.

Food Safety Note: Due to FSSAI regulations, opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Perishable Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (Ghee, Pickles, Fresh Sweets, Homemade Products).

Non-Perishable Items: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery (Nuts, Dry Fruits, Spices, Packaged Goods).

Quality Issues: Must be reported within 24 hours of discovery with photographic evidence.

All returned items must be in:
